Shipping policy

Unfortunately once products leave our facility they are in the hands of the shipping partner.  We cannot control processes out of our facility so to resolve a shipping problem or concern we ask that you reach out to the provider with your provided tracking number.  If the package is lost we can process a claim on our end and will work with the consumer on replacement when available or refund.
